Marketing & Branding Intern (fixed term for 6 months)

YOUR FUNCTIONS:
- Social Media Assistance: Help draft, prepare, and schedule social media posts based on campaigns and materials provided by our global marketing team, using the Facelift tool.
- Design & Visual Tweaks: Use tools such as Canva to localize existing templates, resize images, and ensure our local marketing materials stay visually appealing and aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Presentation Polish: Support the sales team by refining PowerPoint presentations and making sure they follow the visual standards of our IT consultancy.
- Event & Field Marketing Support: Assist our Office Administrator in preparing for industry conferences, trade shows, and university career days. Help ensure all physical branding materials (such as banners and flyers, and promotional materials) are prepared and ready to use.
- Agency Coordination: Support the coordination of simple, ad-hoc requests with our external creative agency and learn how their work is reviewed to ensure it aligns with our brand vision.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A curious and driven person eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, or design.
- A basic eye for design and an understanding of what looks visually appealing, or the motivation to develop this skill.
- An energetic and proactive attitude, with the ability to follow guidance and work collaboratively in a team.
- Curiosity about how tools such as Canva, Facelift, and AI can help simplify and improve marketing work.
