YOUR FUNCTIONS:
  • Trouble-shooting Expertise: Act as the primary contact for corporate customers, addressing queries through both telephone and email channels.
  • Ticket System: Document requirements and malfunctioning issues in our ticket system. Escalate complex trouble-shootings to the 2nd level support, ensuring a seamless flow of information and efficient issue resolution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch support.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken German and Polish is essential. Good written and spoken English is an advantage.
  • IT Enthusiast: Demonstrate a strong interest in IT technologies and a natural curiosity to quickly grasp and understand complex topics. A basic experience in IT customer support is an advantage.
  • Team Player: Work effectively in a team environment, showcasing excellent communication skills and maintaining a high level of service orientation, even in stressful situations.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to participate in shift work from Monday to Saturday (7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.) and on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.).
