  • Be responsible for managing and monitoring our services for business customers
  • Ensure customer requirements are met and that the quality of our IT services aligns with customers' expectations
  • Support customers during onboarding and accompany them throughout the services lifecycle, ensuring a long-term customer relationship
  • Work in a collaborative manner and on an equal footing with our customers, partners and internal teams to ensure that our IT services deliver the expected benefits
  • Be responsible for monitoring service levels, service performance and identifying opportunities for improvement


  • You have experience in managing or leading operational teams and partners, as well as acting as an interface to customers
  • You have a strong customer, solution and service orientation
  • You are strong in communication and integrative leadership of specialist teams and working groups
  • You have in-depth knowledge of cloud, server, client and application infrastructures
  • You are willing to actively participate in an agile environment
  • You have knowledge of ITIL processes, ideally with a foundation certification
  • Initial experience in project management is an advantage
  • You speak very good English, some German is a plus
