KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with networking products such as Fortinet, NetScaler, VMware, and Azure
- Designing, implementing, and managing LAN/WAN infrastructure in data centers
- Installing and configuring network equipment
- Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to
identify and resolve problems - Performing capacity planning, implementing security measures, documenting configurations, and providing technical support
- Coordinating with vendors to resolve technical issues effectively
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant IT qualification with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, or 7+ years in a
technical environment - Expertise in designing, building, and troubleshooting NetScaler (Citrix ADC) solutions,
including experience with load balancers and WAF solutions - Proficiency in managing and maintaining FortiGate firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, and
VMware SD-WAN solutions - Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE, NetScaler (CCA-AppDS and/or CCP-N), Azure Networking (AZ-700), or equivalent
- Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network
systems - Strong understanding of network connectivity across distributed environments
- Capability to provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients
- Skilled in technical writing and documentation
