YOUR FUNCTIONS:
  • Troubleshoot and fix complex issues in virtual Windows systems, software, networks, and communication systems as part of the 2nd - 3rd level support team
  • Use your knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11), Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, and MS applications
  • Help create and implement IT solutions for Azure Virtual Desktop using current and new technologies (Azure AD/Intune/SCCM)
  • Support and automate processes (scripting, imaging)
  • Create solution descriptions and technical documentation
  • Handle incidents, requests, and changes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, especially with Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Terminal Server Solutions
  • Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager / Intune and good scripting skills in Windows PowerShell and Batch
  • Proficient with Azure AD and Office 365
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, etc.) and IT processes (ITIL)
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer and service orientation
  • Experienced in planning and implementing customer service tasks and IT projects
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus for better communication with customers
