Onsite Support Manager

YOUR FUNCTIONS:
- Provide day-to-day IT support for office hardware, software, and networks
- Be present in the office 5 days a week to ensure reliable on-site IT support and operations
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding (equipment, access, accounts)
- Maintain office IT infrastructure, networks, and meeting room technology
- Manage IT inventory, procurement, and mobile devices
- Administer office security systems and fire safety responsibilities
- Manage user access in the office entry system (e.g. DMSS)
- Maintain IT documentation, backups, and local security standards
- Coordinate vendors and provide technical support for internal events
- Collaborate with the administration team on facility management, contracts, and related activities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on IT support experience
- Experience with hardware and software support in an office environment
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN), AV equipment, and conferencing tools
- Previous experience with Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Exchange
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in inventory management and procurement is a plus
- Knowledge of security systems and access control tools is advantageous
