YOUR FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for office hardware, software, and networks
  • Be present in the office 5 days a week to ensure reliable on-site IT support and operations
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding (equipment, access, accounts)
  • Maintain office IT infrastructure, networks, and meeting room technology
  • Manage IT inventory, procurement, and mobile devices
  • Administer office security systems and fire safety responsibilities
  • Manage user access in the office entry system (e.g. DMSS)
  • Maintain IT documentation, backups, and local security standards
  • Coordinate vendors and provide technical support for internal events
  • Collaborate with the administration team on facility management, contracts, and related activities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on IT support experience
  • Experience with hardware and software support in an office environment
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN), AV equipment, and conferencing tools
  • Previous experience with Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in inventory management and procurement is a plus
  • Knowledge of security systems and access control tools is advantageous
