YOUR FUNCTIONS:

  • Be the first and main point of contact for all office-related questions
  • Ensure a welcoming, tidy, and well-organised office environment
  • Manage office supplies, place orders, and coordinate deliveries
  • Communicate with vendors, landlord, and cleaning services
  • Support new colleagues during onboarding (access, introductions, office tour)
  • Plan and organise internal events and celebrations
  • Arrange business travel for employees (tickets, hotels, transfers)
  • Support social media content creation (photos, short posts, small updates)
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support office operations and HR
  • Collaborate closely with Internal IT and Facility Management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience in office management, administration or hospitality
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented approach
  • Good English skills, as we work daily in both English and Latvian
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Teams & MS Outlook is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive office atmosphere
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks and travel coordination
  • Creative eye for internal events and social media content
  • Reliable, independent, and responsible work style
