- Manage offers and contracts for new and existing customers
- Support Account Management and Channel Sales
- Enter and file quotations and contracts in our systems
- Maintain and process CRM data
- Collaborate with Legal, Customer Solution, Direct Sales, and Finance departments
- Ensure successful order acceptance and processing
- Create and manage customer data
- Handle general administrative tasks within the sales team
- Completed training or relevant experience, preferably in IT, with knowledge of M365 and CRM systems
- At least 1 year of B2B sales or internal sales experience, with a strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills
- Structured, results-oriented, and able to work independently, while also collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficient in German and English
