- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable, and secure software delivery
- Manage and monitor cloud and on-premise infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of production systems
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and IT teams to embed DevOps best practices throughout the software lifecycle
- Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog
- Contribute to the implementation of DevSecOps principles and ensure compliance with security standards
- Maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and changes
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid experience with Linux/Unix environments
- Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Go)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Good understanding of networking, IT security, and monitoring practices
- Ability to work independently with a structured and team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal (German is a plus)
- Certifications in cloud or DevOps technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD) are a plus
- Experience in agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred
- Familiarity with observability, performance tuning, or chaos engineering is an advantage
