YOUR FUNCTIONS:
You will be responsible for new business development in Latvia, with potential expansion across the Baltic market. Working closely with the Sales & Business Development Manager, Marketing, portfolio experts, and pre-sales teams, you will identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and win new business.
- Develop and manage your sales pipeline and target account strategy
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, partners, campaigns, and events
- Identify customer needs and lead commercial discussions with decision-makers
- Work with pre-sales and solution experts to prepare proposals and offers
- Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signature
- Build long-term relationships with customers and identify further business opportunities
- Maintain sales forecasts, CRM data, and achieve agreed sales targets
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within IT services
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and proactive prospecting
- Experience selling IT services such as cybersecurity, managed services, cloud, AI, SAP, or Microsoft solutions
- Strong understanding of the Latvian business market and customer buying processes
- Experience working with longer sales cycles, tenders, and CRM pipeline management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Professional proficiency in Latvian and English
- An established network in Latvia, the Baltics, or Europe would be considered an advantage
